Zusammenfassung
In der heutigen, von Transformationsprozessen geprägten Wirtschafts- und Arbeitswelt kommt der Weiterbildung eine zentrale Rolle zu. Beschäftigte sind gefordert, ihre Kompetenzen kontinuierlich zu entwickeln. Wie das im Betrieb mittels Weiterbildungsmentor*innen (WBM*) unterstützt werden kann, zeigen Ergebnisse des Modellprojekts „Weiterbildung durch Vertrauen stärken“ aus der Brandenburger Wirtschaft. Die Struktur der Ausbildung zum WBM*, die Erwartungen der WBM* an die Qualifizierungsmaßnahme und deren Ergebnisse werden auf Grundlage empirischer Erhebungen berichtet. Darüber wird die These begründet, dass es sich bei der Ausbildung von Weiterbildungsmentor*innen um eine wirkungsvolle soziale Innovation handelt.
Abstract
In today's economic and working world, which is characterised by transformation processes, further education plays a central role. Employees are required to continuously develop their skills. How this can be supported in the company by means of Weiterbildungsmentoren (WBM*/further education mentors) is shown in the results of the model project "Strengthening Further Education through Trust" from the Brandenburg Ministry of Economics. The structure of the training to become a WBM*, the expectations of the WBM*regarding the qualification measure and its results are reported on the basis of empirical surveys. In addition, the thesis substantiates the fact that the training of further education mentors is an effective social innovation.
