Zusammenfassung
Zahlreiche Streiks prägten das Tarifjahr 2015. Insgesamt schlossen die DGB-Gewerkschaften in Deutschland im vergangenen Jahr Lohn- und Gehaltstarifverträge für 12,5 Mio. Beschäftigte ab. Die Tarifabschlüsse lagen etwas unter dem Niveau des Vorjahres. Die Laufzeit der Verträge beträgt durchschnittlich knapp zwei Jahre (21,1 Monate). Insgesamt ergibt sich ein jahresbezogener Anstieg der nominalen Tariflöhne 2015 von durchschnittlich 2,7 % (2014: 3,1 %). Das bedeutet ein reales Plus von 2,4 %. Der neutrale Verteilungsspielraum in Höhe der Zielinflationsrate der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB) und der trendmäßigen Produktivitätsentwicklung konnte damit ausgeschöpft werden.
Abstract
Numerous strikes were a typical feature of the collective bargaining process in 2015. Overall, the trade unions of the DGB in Germany negotiated wage and salary agreements for about 12.5 million employees last year. The wage agreements were slightly below the level of the previous year. The duration of the agreements was, on average, just less than two years (21.4 months). This resulted in an overall annual increase in nominal wage rates of an average of 2.7% (2014: 3.1%). This annual increase was within the cost-neutral scope for nominal pay growth, which is the sum of the target inflation rate of the European Central Bank (ECB) and the trend productivity growth. The basic agreed pay in real terms rose on aggregate in real terms by 2.4%.
